The Littleague - GIVEAWAY!
You all know our really close friends? Larry, Kyndra, and Jack’s bestest friend, Cassidy? Well, The Littleague is Larry’s brainchild (he created it with his buddy, Neil), and it’s the coolest kids’ music to hit the streets. Ever. Cooler than Laurie Berkner. But totally different. You will have fun listening to this music, your kids will love it, AND they’ll take positive messages away from it.
The concept for The Littleague was born out of necessity for a different kind of children’s music. The creators of The Littleague recognized that while kids seem to be drawn to the beats of hiphop music, the lyrics are not appropriate for children.
The Littleague LLC was formed in 2006 to create inspired, positive, self esteem building music for children. Influenced by Pop, Hiphop and Jazz music genres, these original music tracks promote children’s social, emotional and cognitive development and focus on a variety of developmental areas including Music and Movement, Language and Literacy, Science and Math, The Earth and Environment and Personal Health and Safety. In addition, the online resource includes Curriculum Integration suggestions on how educators can integrate many of The Littleague songs into their existing lesson plans.

I listened to these songs when we were out there visiting you guys, and really thought the CD was great. I think I am one of the few moms who actually thinks Laurie Berkner is horribly annoying. We like the Wiggles the best. : )
New music to sample and its mom-approved which is even better. My son loves to dance so I hope we win.

We need this soooo badly. Its either music Will and I want to rip our hair out listening to or like you said, something that is moderately innapropriate for the kiddos to be listening to. Sounds great for our weekend getaways to the mountains.

Since my daughter discovered Christmas songs this year she wants nothing else right now. A new musical distraction is the perfect thing to ensure we still like Christmas songs when Christmas actually arrives!

This would be fun. A local radio station here has a spoof on the kidz bop commercials called kidz rap and they have what sound like little kids rapping…they bleep out the swear words…but it always makes me laugh. Terrible, I know. This CD sounds MUCH more appropriate.
