20/30: Don’t You Wish

Don’t you wish you could get this much joy out of running from one side of the house to the other?!

As you can hear in the video below, I got concerned at first when I thought Jack and Finley decided Shane was a “monster” and were running from him, but I then realized Shane was actually trying to be the monster, so I chilled out.  Shane is funny…for some reason, he always chooses the villain.  His favorite character from Cars?  Chick Hicks.  From Thomas the Train?  Deisel.  If the kid had even a hint of a mean streak, that might be worrisome.  But Shane’s alter ego is just precious because there’s not a mean bone in his body.  He’s a lover, that boy.  Such a sweetheart.  And Jack protecting Fin, and Fin IDOLIZING Jack just makes me smile.  I love it when they play together.
