WINNERS UPDATE: I had to do a re-draw for 2 Ambajam blankets AND the Leapfrog Leapster 2 because I did not hear back from the original winners. The new Leapfrog Leapster 2 winner is comment #89, Titi.  The 2 Ambajam winners are #137, Pam, and #259, Chrissie.  I apologize there’s no random.org Flickr image to prove it, but the reason is because it initially generated #137 and another winner who left a junk mail address.  It was someone I don’t know, and who doesn’t have a blog, so I am considering that a non-working email address…hence, I had random.org choose a new winner and that was #259, Chrissie!  To the new winners, please email me as soon as possible.

Lisa #62 has the best story.  It is game related, and does a wonderful job of showing cross generational differences.  My grandmother on my mom’s side was matter of fact, even if classy, and grew up on a farm and lived through the Depression and WW!!.  She certainly was not going to stand on formality.  My mom, on the other hand, grew up post war and is quite proper.  I could totally see that scene play out in my family.  So I really felt that story nailed the difference between those two generations.

He and I also agreed that Ann, #53 also had a hilarious story, so Luke was generous enough to award her Wits & Wagers!

The DIAPER DUDE contest was a RIOT.  If you want a good laugh, go read those comments; people had some FUNNY poop / diaper stories!  I narrowed it down to my 6 favorites, then read them aloud and had other people help me pick.  Liz, comment #70, had us rolling so we had to choose her!  Thank you all for your hilarious submissions.  Because there were so many awesome comments, I’m giving the other finalists each a small prize that will make great stocking stuffers from some really neat companies that have sent me samples…
